Lucton School Chongqing cooperates with nine professors from CQU, Chongqing University, and SWU, Southwest University, to form an Education Expert Committee, which provides Lucton students and staff with support to help the school continue to improve the quality of education and comprehensive competitiveness.

Enhancement of Teachers: Education Expert Committee can recommend university graduates to join the school. Regular seminars are held to enhance teachers' professionalism, thereby improving the overall quality of teaching.
Supporting students' growth: supporting students' all-round development through classroom practice, CCA courses or competition coaching.
Integration of quality resources: cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes, and have carried out a wide range of academic activities to share quality educational resources and promote the diversified development of the school.
Promoting innovative development: Innovative educational perspectives stimulate teachers' innovative educational skills and promote school development.

CQU Associate Professor Liu Yunguo teaches a CCA course that was very popular with Lucton students. During the class, he instructs students to design signal lights, voice-activated lights, ultrasonic alarms, smart fans, doorbells, servos, etc. by way of programming, as well as teaching them how to do 3D printing.

Associate Professor Shaowei Liu has studied the mathematics curriculum of international high schools, especially the A-Level mathematics and additional mathematics courses. In the tutoring, he provides students with maths competition tutoring and project research to help them improve their academic background.

In order to promote the development of teachers' international capacity, boost the international growth of young and middle-aged talents, and create a storage of high-quality teaching resources. Lucton School Chongqing joined hands with the College of International Studies of SWU to establish Teaching Internship Base for Students of SWU, and regularly discuss the performance of internships for graduates, and offer advice on the introduction of teachers, school construction and other aspects, looking forward to more co-operation.
