On the afternoon of 29th May 2024, Wu Yali, Vice District Mayor of the Chongqing Jiangbei District People's Government, Chen Zhixuan, Deputy Director-General of the Chongqing Jiangbei District People's Government, Liu Chunmei, Deputy Director-General of Chongqing Jiangbei District Education Commission, Chen Yenan, Chief Inspector of Chongqing Jiangbei District Education Commission, Gong Jing, Director of Chongqing Jiangbei District Educational Examinations Authority, Yang Guangqi, Secretary of CPC Committee of Chongqing Women's Vocational Senior School, Hu Zhenchuan, Principal of Chongqing Liangjiang Professional Education Center, Yang Changhong, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Jiangbei Teacher Training Institute of Chongqing, and Chen Guohua, Head of Vocational and Adult Education Section of Chongqing Jiangbei District Education Commission, etc., visited Lucton School Shanghai.

The visit was hosted by Mr. Jason Zhou, Executive Director of Lucton School Shanghai, Mr. Alex Yang, Deputy Head of Lucton School Shanghai, and Ms. Elisa Wu, Head of Operations of Lucton School Shanghai. Mr. Steven Yang, Chairman of Chongqing Lucton Group, Mr. Clark Zhang, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Lucton Group, and Mr. Arrow Dong, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Lucton Group, who were also members of the Board of Governors of Lucton International School Chongqing) accompanied the visit. Lucton's history, the achievements it has made and its outlook for the future were introduced. Finally, Vice Mayor Wu Yali and other leaders checked the student meals at Lucton School Shanghai in the canteen and conducted a seminar with Mr. Steven Yang, Chairman of Opal Education. Vice Mayor Wu Yali affirmed the achievements of Lucton School Shanghai and agreed with Lucton's philosophy.
